I was born in south Louisiana and I have lived here all my life. My fondest memories are times spent with my family at our camp in Grand Isle, gathered around food.

I was trained as a macaron assistant at a high-end pastry shop in New Orleans. Over the course of a decade, I progressed to lead the macaron department, supervised the commissary kitchen, and eventually managed the kitchen under the executive chef. During that time I made over one million macarons and collaborated with brands such as Tabasco, Maker’s Mark, Kendra Scott, Disaronno and Louis Vuitton.

Over the pandemic, I honed my artisanal skills and focused on smaller scale operations. I gifted my cousin His-and-Hers macaron favors for their wedding and since then have graciously done special occasions such as birthday parties, bridesmaids announcements, office/retirement celebrations, bridal and baby showers, and holiday gifts.

I enjoy experimenting with new flavors and pushing creativity with visual elements. I am passionate about and proud to support local growers and producers for the freshest and tastiest products.
